How can I help this sweet child be rid of all this mess? How can they get the warts off the exczema? which has been under control for last 2 years..???

I don’t know if it will work for all types of warts but it worked for the ones on our hands.

Scrape/cut off the top of the wart, then apply NEOSPORIN for a few days. and POOF they are gone!
